Quality Control represents the set of activities that ensure that production processes generate outputs that conform to standards. The use of control charts enables real-time detection of deviations caused by anomalies (special causes) from the natural variability of the process (common causes).
Control charts graphically represent the behavior of a process over time. They are used for:
